The offered chambers have an array of advantages as compared to the general convection dryer chambers, which are utilized for the tray drying. Application of our conveyor drying automates the process of manufacturing to such an extent that the production output become completely ready. There is no requirements of loading by hands hence it cuts down the number of staff. Speed regulation, control of the belts, humidity and temperature is performed automatically at every level of drying owing to the set programming.

Convective with conveyor belts, this dryer is made using polyester thread treated with heat and attached at the center of the unit. Firstly, the pasta is loaded on belt with the help of the pneumatic conveyor placer which is then heated up to 60 to 70 degrees Celsius to remove moisture intensively. Fans are fitted on the chamber cover to blow humid air moving in upper level of chamber from pasta, and expel it either towards the the section of convection dryer or outside drawing system. There are much smoother conditions in the bottom section for drying, humidity runs up to 75 % and the temperature is lower and owing to the incoming steam and air which is injected by steam generator. Work of heating elements is done by electro-heaters, but as per the additional agreement it is possible to install steam heater and water. Humidity and temperature control is delivered with sets of sensors in each section. A central control panel handles the entire operation of the system. With a slow pace, pasta moves through the belts and gets into the bottom section of the upper level and goes through varied stages of drying- intensive drying is done in the upper section where the humidity of pasta reduces from 32% to a minimum of 20 %, â the humidity again reduces to to 13-14% from 20% in the bottom sections. The entire drying procedure is properly regulated and could be made up from 45 minutes to an extent of 4 hours. After the convective dryer, the pasta at first is loaded into vibrating tray to perform hygrothermal processing which is done with steam (pasteurization) at the temperature 120-140 degrees to relieve pasta from internal stress. Its own pasteurization steam comes into the system from its own generator of steam. It is desirable but not necessary to use components for pasteurization after buying the conveyor drying as a unit along with press. After this, pasta gets into conveyor, which is loaded inside the bunker for the processing of stabilization. Humidity of the product minimizes up to 13 % inside the bunker for 5 to 8 hours to make them under mild expulsion to make the pasta ready for packaging.
